Thorne laboratories has a new veterinary line developed by holistic veterinarians and Ph.D. nutritionists. Many of the formulations are based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Johnson carries this line and recommends them when customized supplementation is not indicated. The veterinary line is limited to prescription by a licensed veterinarian.
Standard Process Veterinary Formulas
For more than 70 years, Standard Process has developed nutritional supplements for humans. These products have been used by some veterinarians, including Dr. Johnson for many years. Their new veterinary line is specifically designed for dogs and cats, and is based on the same principles founded by Dr. Royal Lee 70 years ago.
